4. Replacement Policy

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, we may provide:

A replacement product (subject to availability), or
A refund if replacement is unavailable.

Replacement approval will be based on verification of the reported issue.

5. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or another approved method.

6. Order Cancellation

After Shipment

7. Return Shipping Charges

If the return is due to our mistake, such as a wrong, damaged, or defective product, we will bear the return shipping charges.
For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
