1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

All original tags, labels, packaging, invoices, and accessories are included.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:

Items without original tags or packaging.

Products showing signs of use.

Products purchased during clearance, final sale, or special promotional events (unless damaged or incorrect).

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, or manufacturing defect), we will arrange the return or reimburse the reasonable return shipping cost.

If the return is for any other eligible reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected.
If approved, your refund or replacement will be processed.
If the product does not meet our return conditions, the return may be declined and the item may be shipped back to you.

If an order is refused or remains undelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or repeated failed delivery attempts, return shipping and handling charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.
11. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products. For size or color changes, please contact our support team to check availability.
